The project
This farmhouse had sat neglected. We replaced the roof, repaired the structure, rebuilt the wraparound porch, and renovated every room while keeping the original heart-pine floors and fireplaces.
Scope of work
- New roof and exterior paint
- Wraparound porch rebuilt
- New kitchen with farmhouse sink and butcher-block counters
- New baths with tile showers
