The project
This house was opened up to the studs. We reframed the main floor, rebuilt the kitchen and baths, refinished the exterior in white with black windows, and added a new deck. When the work was done the home went on the market.
Scope of work
- Interior taken to the framing and rebuilt
- New kitchen with island and range hood
- New primary bath with soaking tub and tiled shower
- Exterior painted, new windows and rear deck
- Hardwood floors, lighting and trim throughout
