The project
The original house had dark paneling and a closed-off layout. We opened the main level, built a new kitchen, rebuilt the baths, and gave the exterior new siding, a new entry and a new deck before it was listed.
Scope of work
- Walls opened and layout reworked
- New kitchen with custom cabinetry
- New baths with tile and floating vanities
- Built-in shelving and a slatted wood screen
- New siding, entry doors, concrete walk and deck
