Considering a property? We walk it and write a scope of work with a line-by-line cost to renovate. That scope is what you pay for. If you hire us to do the scoped work, the fee is credited toward the job.
As a free bonus, our real estate partners add their opinion of what the property could be worth after repairs and what it could rent for.
Per property. Covers a single-family house up to about 2,500 sq ft in the Triad. Larger homes, multi-unit buildings, and properties farther out are quoted. Report delivered within 48 hours of the walkthrough in most cases.
What it is not: this is not a home inspection and it is not an appraisal. It is a contractor's scope and budget, meant to help you decide whether a deal works.

Usually within 48 hours of the visit. One document you can use to make your offer or walk away.
Order an investor scope of work
$200 when you pay at booking, or $250 paid later (regularly $299). The value and rent opinions are included free, and the fee is credited if you hire us to do the scoped work.
